While it was the smallest room we stayed at during our 27 days in Japan - we booked Privilege King Room. The room was big enough for the 2 of us & our luggage. I especially liked the bed as it was the same size as our bed at home. Be aware there is no clothes cupboard/closet so you will be living out of your luggage. The location was was great for walking to Ginza & also getting to Asakusa & Kappabashi as I wanted to shop during our last 3 days this location for me was ideal. It was also really easy for the pre-booked Taxi pick-up at 5:30am for getting to Heneda Airport as they could stop right outside the lobby for pick-up.

Samantha

Location is great as it is very near several metro lines. It is also located in the quieter side of shimbashi and of walking distance to Ginza area. The wifi was great, and the amenities provided (pj, toiletries, etc) were sufficient. Bottled water was refilled daily. There was a portable humidifier/air purifier provided but I do not know if I used it correctly cos I still felt that the nights were pretty dry. The toilet was spacious and the room size was adequate (can’t complain much since everywhere in Tokyo has small room sizes).

Charmaine

The property is walking distance to Shimbashi Station, Ginza Metro and associated underground’s. Very easy to get to the main tourist areas. Also easy to walk to Ginza area and The Imperial Palace. Plenty of eating places nearby and the Hotel Restaurant also does a great evening meal. We arrived early after leaving a cruise at Yokohama. Staff (Daniella) was really helpful and helped us with an early check in.

John

The hotel was beautifully decorated. The staff extremely helpful. The location was excellent, it os a relatively quiet area so no disrupted sleep but was within short distance to excellent shopping and to both the Yamanote line and Ginza subway line which made getting around the city very easy.

Louise

The room was excellent, good space & very clean. Bed was very comfortable & bathroom was clean & modern. Good location, only a short walk to station, shops and restaurants. Staff were excellent, helpfully booked a last minute taxi for us on request with no notice (fair was also flat rate).
